LOCATION

The window frames in the apartment have recently been renovated, as has the roof (including the roof insulation). A long-term maintenance plan is in operation. TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS
Zacharias Jansestraat has excellent public transport links. There are a number of tram and bus routes that pass nearby, while the Amstel and Muiderpoort railway stations are also within easy reach. There are also roads leading out of the city to the A10 Ring Road and A1 motorway. You are entitled to two parking permits, which can be applied for from the Amsterdam City Council. According to information from the council, there are currently no waiting lists for obtaining permits (permit zone Oost-5a).
