The Courbetstraat 7 t/m 21 Owners’ Association consists of 34 members and is professionally managed by VVE NL. The current service charges are €460.59 per month. The advance payment for heating costs is €255 per month. There is a long-term maintenance plan in operation and the Owners’ Association is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
The Owners’ Association has decided that the rear of the building should be painted.

LEASEHOLD
