LAYOUT

LOCATION

The VvE Symphony owners’ association consists of 17 members and was until recently professionally managed by De Nieuwe Wereld. On 1 January 2024, this task was taken over by Minerva Vastgoed Beheer. The monthly service charges are currently € 586 for the apartment, and € 23,30 for the storage space. The parking space is a membership right and is governed by ‘Bartholomeus Ruloffstraat U.A.’ The annual cost of a parking space is € 485.
